Are you a young youth worker eager to explore how democracy, climate action, and civic participation intersect?
Do you come from a rural area or a migrant background and want to grow your skills in a vibrant international setting?
Join us in Naples, Italy from 15–19 October 2025 for an immersive international training as part of the Youth4Democracy: #Act4Climate project!
What’s it about?
This training will empower young trainers and youth workers with tools to:
✅ Promote EU values and democratic engagement
✅ Connect youth participation with climate justice
✅ Learn through games, outdoor learning, and intercultural collaboration
🎯 Who can apply?
- Young youth workers (18+ – 30), preferably with some experience
- Good command of English
- Priority will be given to those from rural or disadvantaged backgrounds
What to expect?
📌 Location: Orange Youth Hub, Naples
📌 Daily Themes:
- Oct 15: Arrival & Team Building
- Oct 16: Civic Awareness & Digital Skills
- Oct 17: Green Skills & Cultural Diversity (Outdoor Day!)
- Oct 18: Awareness Campaigns & Action Planning
- Oct 19: Final Evaluation & Departure
🏠 Accommodation & Travel:
Participants book their own stay — suggested hostels near the venue are provided. Travel must be approved by your national partner.
