Team building training

The training content includes the legend of King Arthur. This inspiring story is used to plot role playing games that emotionally engage the participants. The content uses the Takman model of team-building, which is based on the temporal sequence of the phases of team creation (forming, storming, norming and performing). The participants in the training have the opportunity to go through to go through all the stages to develop their cognitive skills and emotional intelligence.
