Diana Nedelcheva Bebenova – Nikolova – trainer in intercultural cooperation

An expert in intercultural cooperation, Diana Bebenova -Nikolova has passed certification training on this topic within the Grundtvig program and is currently specializing n intercultural cooperation at the University of Ruse. She led the previous projects of the NGO ” Parallel – Silistra ” on similar topics for minority groups and teachers. She has teaching qualifications and 10 years of experience as a professional teacher and trainer in partnership with the European Information Centre – Veliko Tarnovo. The expert has 10 years of experience in municipal administration, thanks to which there are considerable communication skills to build partnerships with the institutions.

Tasks: Monitor the content development of the pilot model for interactive education on children’s rights. Develop, present and analyze interactive lessons together with teachers, monitor and advise teachers, help build their capacity, promote and coordinate communication between students, parents and teachers so that they can improve their awareness on the implementation of children’s rights, coordinate and monitor the implementation of outreach activities with the aim to reach additional target groups.

Cvetelina Christ Manolova – trainer – Summer School

Cvetelina Manolova is highly professional teacher with extensive methodological expertise. She runs a private school for foreign languages ​​in favor of the program’s features and activities to improve skills for interethnic and intercultural communication. She has extensive methodological experience. She has worked as a coordinator of “Tolerance” project at the European data center – Veliko Tarnovo.

Tasks: During the whole period of the project, consult teachers on methods of implementation of the pilot model for training in human rights in mixed multiethnic communities. As a methodologist consult the development of the pilot model and its description in the Project Teachers. Develop educational content of the summer school, realize planned lesson forms. Monitor and document the progress of the lessons. Keep the required project documentation on the implementation of the pilot model and evaluate the results achieved by the project indicators.

Moazes Cevdet Mehmed – facilitator for School in Iskra

School facilitator for Iskra Moazes Mehmet has a university degree in International Economic Relations. She is fluent in Turkish, she was the coordinator of the project promoting ethnic tolerance in OP “Human Resources”. In pursuance of Article 20 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child she has the task to promote communication and socialization of children of Turkish and / or Roma ethnicity when they are outside their community.

Tasks: Responsible for organizing, transporting and socialization of children from the village of Iskra. Assist and advise the activities of teachers in preparing and performing a lesson activity forms 4. Use her communication skills to promote the integration of minority students in mixed multiethnic communities. Valentin Stoyanov Koprindzhiyski – facilitator for FT in Alekovo, Municipality of Alfatar

He has worked as head of social projects financed by the Employment Agency Foundation ” New Age”. In 2010-2012 he coordinated the project “Promotion of herb producers in the region Silistra – Calarasi ” under the CBC. He is involved in organic production of herbs and their extracts. He is an active politician and member of the school board.

Mariana Atanasova Miteva – financial expert / accountant

She is an experienced professional accountants and bookkeeper. She works as such in micro fund for assisting small agricultural companies and farmers. Over the past two years she has been the accountant of the NGO “Parallel Silistra.”
