Time to Be Active!

Together with the EIC – Veliko Turnovo, we will prepare local civic organizations to implement models for innovative, low-budget human rights campaigns, involving young volunteers. Our project started by organizing and conducting a two-day training “Model of local campaigns for human rights and antidiscrimina-tion”. Civic organizations will conduct 6 campaigns on topics related to the International Calendar for the Protection of Human Rights. The project also provides for partial funding for them. The event will feature 60 young people volunteering. The project team will assist organiza-tions in the implementation of expert support campaigns. The experience of the campaigns will be evaluated by the partner Alliance for Regional and Civic Initiatives – Sofia, which will promote it at the national level and encourage other civic associations to implement it.
