According to Article 2 of the Statute “the organisation is wide open to professionals, supporters and volunteers, working for community development in the fields of respect for human rights and gender equality, European integration and international cooperation, economic development and promoting economic activity, environmental protection, sustainable development and educational activities. “
As stated by Article 7 of the Statute, the main objectives of the Association are:
1. Development and promotion of European values in civil society.
2. Promotion of information, related to the process of accession to the EU and European funding programs.
3. Development and implementation of new educational programs for people of various ages and social status.
4. Give a chance to young people and support their personal development and practical implementation through participation in alternative education programs and projects and events in the field of education, science and culture.
5. Support marginalized people for their involvement in the public life of their city and their social life;
6. Stimulate the free exchange of ideas, scientific information, knowledge and intellectual values at home and abroad.
Children and students from different age groups, children from minority groups and those from rural areas, teachers and adults in the region, including rural communities.
The main community services, conducted by the organization in fulfilling its mission and objectives, are:
1. Create, prepare and train staff and contributors to the goals and objectives of the Association by organizing and conducting specialized training courses;
2. Initiate activities aimed at personal development and socialization of young people from Silistra, rural and neighboring regions;
3. Make contact with similar organizations at home and abroad;
4. Organize seminars, courses, lectures, exhibitions and more. ;
5. Develop programs and projects aimed at helping the target groups;
6. Participate in associations with other similar organizations to provide material and financial resources required to implement the planned activities and projects.
